We hope that you will enjoy Dots Dash products but in case you would prefer to return something, here is our policy:
- Please notify us at email@example.com indicating the product’s code and date of the purchase.
- Send it back to us, within 14 days of having received it to C/ Juan de Herrera, 43, PB 10, Elche Parque Empresarial, Alicante, 03203, Spain.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Faulty items: Dots Dash tries to ensure quality standards as much as much as possible but in cases where items are faulty, they will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.
Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following the delivery. Items are treated as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

- Shipping of returned items: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider tracked service as you are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us and items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
- We would like to notify that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
