Payment or customs issues may cause a delay.
- Please note: Deliveries outside European Union may be subject to taxes, customs fees, or import duties that are set once the package reaches your country. If you do not live in an European Economic Community (EEC) country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country.
- Once your order has been sent, it is not possible to cancel your order. You will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded.
- It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
- All packages are sent via courier service provider FedEx. Your order will be sent within 1-2 working days after it has been placed.
- Please note: All orders require a signature upon delivery, therefore it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
- You are ultimately responsible for the shipping information you provide to us. If your shipping information is incorrect or if your package is returned to our warehouse due to an error on the receiving end, your order will be restocked and you will be refunded minus occurred fees of returned shipping costs provided by FedEx.
